Summer Shipping: May-August 

 

My product came! But it's been melted. What to do?

Oh no, it doesn't happen often but when it does it's okay! All of our products are filled and shipped in like-cream texture. The product is still safe to use. It's currently modified in texture. Keep it in a cool area (70 degrees or lower) to solidify.  

There was no leakage in the jar and it's not filled. Why?

The product was partially melted in transit. It's still safe to use! 

My product came damaged/cracked. What to do?

Where can I find your products (Retail/Beauty Supply Shops)?

Our products are currently only found on butterdbodycare.co

Are your products natural?

Our products are non-toxic, cruelty-free, and vegan. 

Can I use your products on my face?

Yes, the formulas are intended for the body, but is completely safe to use on your face.

 

Orders

Where do you ship?

Currently, we are only shipping in the USA. As we grow this will change!

I received the wrong product/quantity.

Is there an order limit?

No, currently there is no order limit. 

I need to edit my address on my order. Help!

We can edit your order information if we haven't processed the order (Created your shipping label). Please email: hello@butterdbodycare.co with your order number and details on the changes as soon as possible!

How long does shipping take?

We currently shipping with USPS only to enable access to all customers at an affordable cost. Our shipping is USPS First-Class Shipping that takes 5-7 business days to be at your door step.

How often are orders shipped?

We ship orders every other business day. This means if you order was purchased on Wednesday, it will be shipped Friday.
